Return & Refund

We know you’re going to love all things DIY Diamond Paintings, but if you do need to return anything, you’re welcome to do within 30 days of receiving your items. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please be advised below return and refund terms before opening a return.


Refund conditions:
1. Returns and refunds must be posted within 30 days upon receiving your order. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. All returns must be received in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged) with tags attached. 

3. If it was our mistake that caused you to actually receive the wrong or damaged item(excluded minor dust or defects on the package), we will provide a no-obligation refund. Please contact us and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/unqualified items and a brief description of the issue. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction. 

4. If the refund is made for the customer's own reasons, such as not liking it, not wanting it anymore, etc., we will need to charge a handling fee of 20% of the selling price for the returned product. Either any original shipping costs are non-refundable, nor the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.


How to return?
1. Email us at to process a return and refund.
2. We will then provide return address, and instructions.
3. Call the post office to arrange a pick-up or drop off via tracked delivery at your most convenient post office.
4. Send us a proof of postage (receipt + tracking number).
5. Upon receiving your return, immediate refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.


Special circumstances:
1. Since our products are sold worldwide, although it is a very small probability, your parcel may encounter customs clearance, in this case please contact our customer service at first to assist in solving the problem. However, if you refuse to pick up your package, we will not be able to guarantee a full refund.

2. If the parcel is sent to the wrong address because the customer filled in the wrong address himself, we will provide the information of the logistics provider to assist in modifying the address, but we will not make a refund.
