Product

- What are your products in each order package?

DIY Diamond Paintings products consist of canvas, 5D resin diamonds, glue & full drill pen. To learn more about each individual product, check out the detailed specification on product page!

- How to do a diamond painting?

1. Open the box and check the diamond draw special tools.

2. Refer to the table below the canvas to find the corresponding magic cube diamond.

3. Apply a proper amount of diamond adhesive to the pen.

4. Stick the corresponding diamond.

5. Stick the diamond onto the corresponding canvas.

6. The rest of the diamonds can be put inside the bags.

7. Use book or your hand to press the diamonds to ensure it's more firmly.

8. To complete a good diamond drawing, put it in your selection of a suitable framework (frame is not included).

Order

- Where’s my order?

Sign into your account to check on the status of your order.  Your order number will be in the confirmation email we sent you.

- I want to use 2 discount codes or coupons,but it’s not letting me, why not?

Sorry but it’s only 1 promotional discount per order!

- How do I use my discount code or coupon?

Add all of the items to your cart that have a promotion running and at checkout, you will see a section to enter in your code. Happy shopping!

- How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunatelly we are unable to cancel orders once they are processed to the warehouse. This happens within 60 minutes from your order being placed to ensure that we can fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, you can edit/cancel your order from your account portal on our website. If you we're unable to do this in time (60 minutes), your order will process and ship out!

- I want to place an order, but there is no shipping option?

We’ll have to place a special order just for you! Please email diydiamondpaintings61@gmail.com and we’ll take care of you.

- Why is there a sales tax charge?

This is governed by the state that you live in which is your responsibility to pay. Thanks for understanding!

- I received a damaged item, what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that your item was not in perfect condition! Let’s get this fixed for you right away. Please reach out to us diydiamondpaintings61@gmail.com. We'll take care of you!

Shipping

- When will my order ship?

We’re on it! After receiving your order, we will ship it within 1-2 business days.

- Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

- Are custom & duties charges applied at checkout?

All customs, duties, & taxes are your responsibility which are governed by the state & country you live in. A bill including these fees may be sent to you. Diydiamondpaintings.com does not cover these additional fees. Thanks for understanding!

Return & Refund

- What’s your return policy?

We know you’re going to love all things DIY Diamond Paintings, but if you do need to return anything, you’re welcome to do within 30 days of receiving your items. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. It takes about 3-5 business days for the money to be credited to your account upon receiving the returned items.

- I purchased it from a retailer, can I return through you directly?

- Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer exchanges, but we will gladly offer you a refund or you can return the item for store credit.
